Catherine Ken, licensed to practice law in
both California and Taiwan, has been a lawyer for
more than ten years. Immediately after graduation
from the National Taiwan University Law School, Ms.
Ken passed Taiwan Bar Exam in the top 0.2% in 1986.
She started her legal career at 22 at that time the
youngest lawyer in Taiwan. After three years of general
practice in Taipei, Ms. Ken went to Harvard Law School
where she studied Corporate and Business Law with
an emphasis on Mergers and Acquisitions and obtained
an LL.M. degree in 1991. A member of the California
Bar Exam, Ms. Ken is one of very few lawyers trained
and licensed to practice law in both the United States
and Taiwan. |

With the unique background, this Los
